{high heels and tape dispensers}

There are those days that are kind of rough. Those days that you need to start out by visiting a dear friend for tea and getting a front row seat at the “log rolling show” by their 2 year old. Those days that demand a mandatory a special chai tea drink at the local coffee shop on your way home from tea at your friend’s. Those days when you need a random act of kindness from a stranger. Those days that you need shopping therapy. Those days when, said shopping therapy trip, brings you a new {absolutely ridiculous} tape dispenser in the form of a high heel- just because you can since the name of your blog is High Heels in the Barnyard Yesterday was one of those days. And today isn’t a whole lot better, but I’ve been taping the crazy out of everything in sight; and that makes me smile.

I’m sorry your day yesterday was not the best, but i hope today turns around and is great. I so admire you for doing all that you do. Owning your own buisness, maintaining a working farm and being a supporive wife. I read your blog and i find you amazing.
Charlotte, I thank you so much for your caring and kind words of encouragement! Truly. It is definitely a challenging balancing everything each day, but I’m learning skills to help with that ;) I appreciate you reading about our life here. It makes me happy to hear you like it :)
Tape, (and tea/chai/shop/rest), away! Sometimes, that’s all you can do:-) xoxo
So true! ;)
